Submission guidelines


We are pleased to invite you to submit your abstract for the Space Cost Engineering Conference 2024. Abstracts must be submitted exclusively via the online platform, which is available from after reading the instructions below. The submission of abstracts will begin on February 21st, 2024 and close on May 14th, 2024. The presentation sessions are scheduled October 3rd and 4th, 2024. Presentation time slots will be 25 minutes including a 5mn questions period. Please ensure that a presenter from your team can deliver the presentation on one of the conference dates.

Important dates:

  • Call for abstracts opening date February 21st, 2024
  • Abstract submission deadline May 14th, 2024
  • Reviewing process May 6th, 2024 to May 19th, 2024
  • Notification of acceptance to authors June 3rd, 2024
  • Conference Dates October 3rd 2024, to October 4th 2024

Submission guidelines:

  • Language: All submitted material shall be written in English.
  • Copies of abstract and presentations and utilized data need to be publicly available.
  • The Technical Committee will give priority to new and unpublished works and ask you to select one of the proposed themes. Each person is limited to submitting 2 abstracts.
  • Abstract submissions for the Space Cost Engineering Conference 2024 should summarize the oral presentation content in approximately a single page of text and include a maximum of 2 figures. This will allow the program committee to evaluate and accept the application in order to generate the program.
  • You will find a template below. Please follow the template to facilitate the evaluation by the evaluation committee.
